TrustManager^TM supports any number of beneficiaries named in the trust document.

Withdrawal Rights Notifications (Crummey Letters/Emails) are personalized with the name of the trust, grantors and beneficiary.

The Notification gives the beneficiary the ability to exercise or waive their withdrawal rights. There are three options available for acknowledgement of notification:

Signing in the appropriate place in the letter and returning it in the enclosed pre-addressed envelope.
Acknowledging the letter by returning the postage paid postcard as evidence of receipt.
Acknowledging the email. The reply of the email will constitute beneficiary receipt of Notification.

The Notification also informs the beneficiary that failure to respond will indicate a desire to waive their withdrawal rights at this time.

The Crummey Notification states the trust citation for beneficiary withdrawal rights and, where applicable, the citation for Spousal Five & Five withdrawal rights.

The Crummey Notification states the withdrawal rights lapse period specified in the trust document.

TrustManager^TM detects the age of majority status of a beneficiary based on the beneficiary's birth date and trust's state of domicile.

If the spouse is also a trustee, the Spousal Withdrawal Notice will be sent from a trustee other than him- or herself.

The system allows the trustee or administrator to flag a beneficiary as incompetent.

Crummey Notifications are automatically sent to an independent agent on behalf of a minor or incompetent beneficiary.

Correspondence to U.S. residents is sent by (Delivery format will depend on options elected):

U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail with return receipt requested as proof as delivery.
U.S. Postal Service with postage-paid return postcard
Email with reply to email as proof of delivery
