TrustManagerTM generates and sends a Gift Reminder to each of the grantors to remind them that a gift is anticipated. The system computes the proportional interest of every gift for each trust beneficiary including Spousal Five & Five calculations. The system limits the withdrawal rights calculation for each beneficiary from an individual grantor or third-party donor to the lesser of their proportional interest or the Annual Gift Tax Exclusion. The Annual Gift Tax Exclusion amount is automatically doubled when a grantor or third party donor utilizes the split gift option. The system is updated with the indexed Annual Gift Tax Exclusion as published by the Internal Revenue Service. Crummey Notifications can be generated and sent for both recurring and non-recurring gifts.
