An Advance Report is sent to the trustee or administrator to confirm the accuracy of the trust data with ample time to make any necessary corrections. The trustee or administrator is promptly notified of any Crummey Notification that is undeliverable and, upon receipt of the corrected information, an updated letter is automatically re-generated and re-sent. Shortly before the Crummey Notifications are generated and sent, the trustee or administrator can be sent an e-mail Gift Reminder that a gift is anticipated, thus preventing letters from being sent without a gift being given. A Summary Report is generated and sent advising the trustee as to the delivery status of and beneficiary responses to the Crummey Notifications. Selected advisors can also be sent a copy of the Summary Report. A life insurance Premium Reminder can be sent to a selected representative of the trustee or administrator.
